Start with where it hurts.
Choose the problem that sounds like yours. Each page explains what usually keeps it going, what treatment with us looks like, and the signs that mean you should see a doctor first.
Whatever it is, you start with one assessment, so you know what you are dealing with before you commit to anything. If it needs more than one visit, you can book the whole plan at a fixed price, which saves up to £120 against paying session by session.
