How is the gift card delivered?
By email, as an Achilles gift card with a unique code. Straight away, or on a date you choose. You get a receipt and a copy of the code.
How do they use it?
They book online and enter the code at checkout. A session card covers that session; a value card comes off the total.
Does it work at both clinics?
Yes. Kings Cross (260 Pentonville Road, N1 9JY) and Hampstead (40 Rosslyn Hill, NW3 1NH).
Can they choose a different session?
Yes. Any card can go towards any session. If they choose one that costs more, they pay the difference.
Does it expire?
It is valid for 6 months from the day you buy it, and the date is on the card. If they need a little longer, ask us before it expires and we will extend it once, by a month.
Can it be used on a package or membership?
It can be used on any session at either clinic. For a package or membership, call the clinic and we will apply it for you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying it, as long as the card has not been used. Reply to your receipt email or write to info@achillesmethod.co.uk and we refund the card you paid with. After 14 days gift cards cannot be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
