The Erechtheion at the Acropolis of Athens

A brilliant body awaits.

Utilising the Achilles Method Assessment™, every session delivers expert sports massage therapy, soft tissue therapy, and structured chronic pain management built around your body, not a standard protocol.

Every Achilles session includes targeted manual therapy calibrated to how your body moves and what it presents that day. Depending on the assessment findings, Alexander may apply sports massage, myofascial release, cupping, Graston technique, or assisted stretching, never a fixed protocol.

  • • Reduce muscle tension and trigger point activity
  • • Restore joint range of motion
  • • Alleviate acute and chronic pain
  • • Improve tissue quality at the fascial level

Blueprint Assessment

Initial Consultation

75 MINS · £129

Your first visit, and the session everything else is built on. We run the Achilles Method in full: assess how your body moves, release what is driving your pain, and set your direction. You leave with a written treatment plan built around you, a staged course of hands-on sessions to work through in order. Every new client starts here.

Your session includes:

  • ✓ Whole-body movement and postural assessment
  • ✓ Hands-on soft tissue therapy
  • ✓ Root cause identification
  • ✓ A written, staged treatment plan

• Signature sessions

The Momentum

Follow-Up

60 MINS · £105

Your regular session, and where the work gets done. This is where you move through your course in order, with the same practitioner. Each visit reassesses, releases the tissue holding the pattern in place, and takes the next step of your plan.

  • ✓ Progress reassessment
  • ✓ Targeted hands-on treatment
  • ✓ Updated self-management guidance

The Keystone

Full Body MOT

90 MINS · £155

A head-to-toe session. We screen how every major joint and muscle group moves, treat what the screen finds, and finish with the two or three things worth watching. Book it when the ache moves around, or when you want the whole body seen in one visit.

  • ✓ Full-body movement screen
  • ✓ Hands-on treatment of findings
  • ✓ Two or three priority areas to watch
Physiotherapy

The Cornerstone

Clinical Assessment (Physiotherapy)

60 MINS · £120

A diagnosis in one hour: a movement screen, a soft tissue evaluation, a history review, and the most comprehensive plan we produce, a full six-week rehabilitation course built around what we find. This session gives you the answer and the map. Book it for a recurring injury or pain that keeps coming back, then follow it with the hands-on course your plan sets out.

Your session includes:

  • ✓ Full case history: what happened, when, what has been tried
  • ✓ Movement and load assessment: where restriction is, what is compensating
  • ✓ Written assessment report sent after the session
  • ✓ Six-week rehabilitation plan with justification

• Specialist sessions

Each of these is a technique inside soft tissue therapy. You do not book a technique. The assessment decides which your session uses.
