Cupping Therapy.
Cupping creates negative pressure in the tissue, the opposite of massage. Where compression techniques push down into muscle, cupping lifts. This decompression can release fascial adhesions, increase local circulation and reduce tissue density in a way that compression alone cannot achieve. Most sessions combine cupping with soft tissue work.
