Myofascial Release.
Myofascial release addresses the fascia, the connective tissue that wraps, separates and connects every muscle and organ. Fascial restrictions don't respond to muscle-focused techniques. MFR uses sustained, low-load stretching to allow tissue to release over time, which creates changes that standard massage cannot.
